We recommend leaving your accommodation at least 3 hours before your flight departure. This allows time for the transfer, check-in, security and any unexpected delays.
We recommend booking at least 24 to 48 hours ahead, especially in high season and on festival weekends. Last minute requests are welcome when we have availability.
Cancellations more than 72 hours before the service are free. From 72 to 48 hours before: 20% charge. From 48 to 24 hours before: 50% charge. Less than 24 hours before the service: 100% charge. Courtesy waiting time is included, 60 minutes for airport pickups and 10 minutes for other pickups.
